This week we have a special announcement! Tomorrow morning, Wednesday, October 23, Molly Tighe, the PSO’s Archives Consultant and a certified yoga instructor, will lead a yoga session to classical music from 7:15-8:15 a.m. at Bend Yoga. Molly’s weekly class, “All Levels Yoga,” is a flow class for beginning to advanced students. Visit the Bend Yoga website to learn more about Molly and the studio.

Molly TigheWith Molly’s guidance, I created a playlist for the class. As with running, spin, and Body Pump, BPM played a key role in determining which music to use. So which songs did we pick? You’ll have to come to class tomorrow to find out!

If you don’t already have a Bend Yoga membership, you can drop in for $15. (The drop-in price is $11 for students, teachers, and service personnel [police, fire, or military] with a valid ID.) New students interested in attending more than one class can buy a one-month package with unlimited classes for $49.

Bend Yoga is located in downtown Pittsburgh at 808 Penn Avenue. The doors will open at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow. We hope to see you there! If you can’t make it, please check back next week when we share the playlist and a recap of the class.
