Can you believe that it’s already fall? I can’t. It seems like summer flew by and everything has suddenly returned to its usual frenetic pace. With a new season starting at the PSO, a class to TA at Carnegie Mellon University, and a running routine to maintain in preparation for upcoming races, I’m already having a busy fall. To help keep my stress under control, I recently put together a playlist of classical music that I find enjoyable and calming.

Relaxing Fall includes music that the PSO is playing during the first half of the 2014-2015 season, as well as selections performed by guest artists who will appear on upcoming concerts. Listen to see if you can find some new music for your own relaxation collection, and if you’d like to hear any of the pieces live, visit pittsburghsymphony.org to view concert programs, dates, and times.

    Happy listening!
