What are you doing between 7:15 and 8:15 a.m. tomorrow? If you don’t have any plans, we’d love to have you come to our next yoga and classical music event at Bend Yoga! Once again, instructor Molly Tighe will lead a morning yoga workout to the beautiful melodies of classical music. We’ll plan on holding the class in spite of tomorrow’s cold forecast, and we’ll only cancel if the Pittsburgh Public Schools are closed or delayed.

Tomorrow’s class will feature a brand new playlist, and we’d like to give you a sneak peek of the music here on the blog.  Listen to January Yoga Playlist to get a feel for the music we’ve chosen, and if you like what you hear, please come and see which poses Molly teaches us in conjunction with the music.

We hope we’ll see you there tomorrow!

P.S.- The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review recently published an article about classical music and exercise. We’re very excited that they chose to showcase the work we have done in collaboration with Bend Yoga in the article. Check it out to read a little more about the history of our collaboration and learn about upcoming concerts featuring new musical compositions inspired by different yoga practices in the Pittsburgh community.
